Approved but No Payout!!

Hi,<br> I was approved for a loan on 10 September 2015, got the contract, the loan reflects on my dashboard on their website and was told by the consultant that funds will be transferred in 1hr. It's been 2 days still nothing, I tried contacting customer support on 11 September '15, was told they have technical issues but payment will be done @10:00am. Nothing came, around 12:00 I tried contacting customer support (Linda and Gwen) flat out ignored me after they were supposedly checking my status. I haven't receive the money even now, no communication from getbucks whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and will not be using the service again in future...
