APPLYING FOR A LOAN IS A NIGHTMARE!!

I have been trying to apply for a loan from 8am this morning. First I was told that there is a error on their system (I couldn't get pass the verification option), then I was told I cannot make a new loan, even though my wallet shows that I have R2.5k available? And this is apparently due to the fact that I have an active loan that only finishes next month (I took the 2 month repayment option last month, this months's debit order went off successfully).<br> <br> Please explain to me why I cannot make a further loan, if you clearly stated that I qualify for this further loan of R2.5k???? My trust level even went up!
