Appalling service

I’ve used GetBucks prior but this by far the worst level of service ever rendered! My loan was approved on the 28th and during application I was asked whether be using Wallet option by Lunga Nxumalo which I said yes ! Loan was approved and I moved the funds to the eWallet which following morning were back to the Wallet when I asked was told some story about funds being paid out were late etc! Long story short I called and spoke to a Tulani who advised should check after 12 , then that didn’t happen spoke to a Tarryn who told me another story by end of the day funds were back on th Wallet ! I called later and spoke to a Nanna who told me that it was a problem on FNB side and should call them , stupid me I called FNB and they said they have no issue as number I was using was registered for eWallet. I spoke to a Tarryn today who advised to change my number of which I did have an alternative guess what until now nothing . Tulani advised they finance department is delayed and maybe it might be paid in tomorrow! I didn’t take this loan for fun it was for an emergency funeral to find to date no concrete answers ! If they eWallet system is not working why not be transparent with your clients! Service is ****
