Appalling Service
Can you just come up with clear timelines and stop with the false advertising of 1 hour. I mean really now over 48 hours just to get a response and all I get get is query has been escalated from consultants. Might as well remove the clock as well as that is a pointless thing on your website as well. Just come out straight and say it takes 1 week, 2 weeks or whatever the timeline is now.
