Another Getbucks disspaointment im so fed up

Once again i find my self being frustrated by Getbucks , it seems like it is the company's habit to make clients hate this company , please can someone sort whats going on with my account , my loans cannot be consolidated even if i paid in full , now today I am still given a lot of excuses on how this can be fixed , if you don't want me as client i think its better to be told than to be frustrated every time about Getbucks , I am so dissapaointed , and they do this mostly when you need the the most .please call me so i can get clarity ********** 822
