An extremely disappointed client

The website says an hour payout time, I received all documentation saying that loan was approved , yet no funds, it is 2 days later. This service should be transparent and it is not.

I have multiple chats with the chat team and customer service, and given the go around. At 1120am , on the second day, i am told the payouts is being processed, at 515pm, am I told that they are waiting on finance department to let then know when payouts will be done, if any.

This is not good business at all, as I am paying interest on something I do not have as yet In my account. This was to be an urgent loan for an emergency.

And look at this now. I will contact them again , in the morning and if this matter cannot be handled then, I will have to then look at options for false advertising, lies, and also, empty promises.
