AN EXTRA FALSE ACCOUNT ON MY NAME AND THEY WILL NOT REMOVE IT OFF MY CREDIT REPORT!

I have paid up my account and have received a paid up letter. My account was later debited for an amount which i reversed and i was contacted by debt collectors for a false amount stating i am owing getbucks. I contacted them and they say there was an error made on their side , they have contacted the debt collectors to inform them that the second account was infact an inhouse error. NOW I HAVE 2 GET BUCKS ACCOUNTS SHOWING ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I have contacted them numerous times, sent emails and spoken to management and nobody is assisting me. It is showing that i owe Get Bucks 2 amounts over R2000.00 which infact i owe you nothing for over 6 months. I want this removed off my credit report immediately. This is ***** and is messing up my name with regards to credit. WHY WON'T ANYBODY HELP ME, IT HAS BEEN MONTHS.
