Amazing first time experience

I would just like to take the time to say a BIG THANK YOU to Matthew Pheme, who assisted me with my loan application, if it wasn't for his drive and commitment then i would still have been stuck without a loan. Matthew kept me up to date every step of the way even when he wasn't able to get hold of me, he dropped me an email to let him know when i will be free, and he stuck to his word when he said he would call. When he finally managed to get hold of me yesterday he knew that my time was valuable and he treated my application with urgency and professionalism.My job takes up a lot of my time and Matthew has made everything so easy for me. Even today i emailed him to say that the funds have not cleared in my account, he called not even half an hour later to explain that it would reflect in my account later today. Matthew has by far gone the extra mile and has put in a lot of effort with my application, customer service like this is HARD TO COME BY at this day and age. Matthew really made me feel like i was an important customer. He really is an asset to your company and brand. Thank you so much for creating this amazing customer experience :) you have really made an impact and i will definitely be recommending your services to family and friends.
