Almost pointless
I've tried a few companies who offer the same service, but this has got to be the worst, most delayed experience ever. Especially for a company who offers payday loans. What's the point!? When it takes ages to acquire these funds? by the time we get it, there's no need for it. Go change your business plan or update your systems as it's 2019 and you operate like a early 2000's company. Very disappointed and i vow to discourage as many potential clients for you as possible, unless you give me good reason not to.

Forgot the name of the agent who helped, but thanks again. Much appreciated. Will keep you updated on the time of payment which they said they were currently busy with.
