allocation of a debit order

Good day<br> <br> i am so cross cause on the 25/02/2015 there was a debit order that was debited for an amount of R 1234.39 and that money hasn't been allocated to a particular payment yet . Today is the 02nd March 2015 but the payment is not allocated . i query this from day 1 on the 25th till today but they don't give me answers why they didn't allocate it. this morning i spoke with Gloria at *** and what she did was asking me about bank statement and she put me on hold for almost 45 minutes without a response . i am really sick and tired of this.
