Aggrieved customer

In early 2017 i app**** for a small loan over two months with Getbucks and as per agreed the loan was fully paid of in two months However since i never got a call or even an email from above mentoined institution i took my loan as being fully paid up To my surprise 2years later Getbucks still shows up on my credit report as me being in arrears I contacted them via email and the lady assured me that my loan has been paid up since 2017 i asked why did it take me as a consumer to contact them to enquire about my loan status if its paid up or not she forwarded me a paid up letter stating that my loan has been paid up two years ago Its now almost two months ago i recieved that paid up letter yet still it shows on my credit report im in arrears This has affected my credit rating badly and my eligibility to get credit almost every where Dissapointed in there handling of this matter
