Again getbucks disappoints

I app**** for a Loan Saturday was approved funds paid into my ewallet, tried to pay them but never git the ewallet sms. This is not the first time getbucks ewallet system isn’t working it’s been months there not fixing it. Paid to my bank account still waiting. My friend also has the same problem since she git approved Friday. Two months back I asked for debit order to settle all loans which was never actioned, I was still debited the full amount instead of the quoted settlement amount. I app**** was Approved R15 000 before settelment but the consultant called me and said no it’s for people doing arrangements. Getbucks and it’s stuff do not want to take responsibility all they do is apologize when ever they mess up. You apply for a loan get it late but they debit order is received on time.
