So much for empty promises I was informed that my documents was validated and someone from your sales department would contact me as in yesterday up untill now no one called whilst chatting to one of your consultants this morning he first inform me that he will escalate my docs for validation as to my knowledge was done already please advise as to where this application is going cause I need this loan but have no time to waste
