Accounts paid up but still reflects arrears

<p>I has 2 getbucks loans in the year 2016 the 2 loan accounts have been paid up however on the credit bureau it still shows open and active with arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>please close off the account update my ITC and remove the arrears and balance that relfects </p> <p> </p> <p>call me urgently on ********** </p> <p>Safiyaah Ganesh </p>
