Accounts not updating on their systems.No Feedback

I have 2 loans with Getbucks. A 3 month short term loan which I \settled"on the 26th of March. I have not missed any payments what so ever. On Getbuck's website it claims that my account is in arrears of R0.0001 and thus results in bad credit for myself and I am unable to take another loan out which I could always do in the past. have another 4 month short term loan (Which I have paid 2 installments so far) I have also noticed that if I look at my loans on their website"
