ACCOUNTS NOT UPDATED

<p>I paid up both my GETBUCKS accounts a month ago - They still have not yet sent through the settlement letter or update the credit Breuer!! I am so ****ed off - I tried the call centre over 10 times, my call goes from one person to another and everyone there is so UNPROFESSIONAL, they cut the call! I want this sorted out</p>
