Accountability

I am highly disappoint to find out my Getbucks account which was paid off in June 2019 is still not updated with their debt collector MBD as they have promised that my name will be removed, this is affecting my credit score once again, as it reflects that i have a loan with them, i have contacted MBD numerous times and their pathetic services just keeps getting worse by each day, no one wants to take accountability, they keep me on hold for almost 30 min, i have also contacted GETBUCK to intervene ,however i still have not received any response, i find it very unfair that my name has not been cleared after they have received their money. It is truly frustrating and disappointing.
