Account suspended
I have an account with Getbucks and have been paying my accounts without fail every month. Yesterday I see on my profile I can apply for a loan of R15000. I decide to settle one of the loans I have with Getbucks so that I can take out the new loan. Instead of giving me feedback my account is now suspended. I had an online chat with Tarryn and was told because of the application my account is suspended. She the tells me I was sent an sms which I never got. Please remove the suspension and give me proper feedback on my account. Getbucks service has really worsened in the last 6 months.
