Account settled in full, no response as promised

I have settled my account in full, they promised me sameday paidup letter, as well as ITC updated, ITC now stands on +150 days in arrears, they promised me I must just pay then they will sameday send my paidup letter and send it also to ITC to update, but it just falls on def ears with these people, I have sent the proof of debits, which THEY DEBITED off my account for the full amounts. But still they just leave me hanging
