Account Settled but handed over to attorneys

I am really upset at this moment in time as I received and email from Mac Robert Attorneys as the account I settled in August has now been handed over for collection. You requested my bank statements which I provided you with as well as your settlement letters. This is the exact same amounts that I received an SMS on that would be deducted as settlement for August. There was as stop payment loaded on my FNB account that I thought was cancelled but was not and this caused the EFT not to be processed on my bank account, I phoned 3 days later and requested the settlements as well as made the payments the same day. No debit order was loaded for the month of September but then all of a sudden I received notification in October that my account would be debited. I called and was advised by the agent that assisted me that there seemed to be a system error as my account was reopened. The installments requested was what I normally paid monthly had I opted to take the loan again. When I called in August for the settlements I asked the lady if this was full and final settlement and was advised that it was. Why was I handed over. I am getting no response from my mail sent to Jor****o.
