Account Prescribed but No Getbucks just carry on

Good Day, Please take note that the account has been prescribed according to act 68 of 1969. I previously communicated with Sylvester at GetBucks and he replayed to me that he will investigate and come back to me. I have e-mails dated back as such. It does not help to send my details to Alliance to phone me in this regard. Close my file and if you listed me on the ITC'S remove my name at once and send me proof there of. Or I will take the necessary steps. I want this before the end of business 09 May 2018. I am now fed up with this.
