account paid in full but i still owe?????

well I took a loan with you guys and didn't pay so you did what any credit provider would do that is to hand me over to your attorneys GVM...they contacted me and in oct made an arrangement to pay R200 from that month, I did honour my arrangement and then I contacted them on the 3rd week of nov to request a settlement letter of which they emailed me to my work address. On the 30/11/2015 I paid the full amount as per settlement letter and sent the letter to your collections department who had told me I still owe like R846! I have been querying this amount for the past month and no one is giving me an answer, im sure even your online customer agents know me as I login daily to query this. I need someone to contact me and sort out my query by the end of today as im sick and tired of this. as far as I know I have paid you guys in full and if the amount I received on the settlement was incorrect you as Getbucks should take it up with GVM that is not my problem....right now I have a good mind of handing this to legal wise as I have all the emails and settlement letters as well as paid up letters. I just want to close my account and for you to update on the ITC please
