account not closed up

<p>i took a loan with getbucks an i settled the loan before another installment date arrived,meaning i settled earlier ,but when i check my credit report ,it shows that the account is not cloded and it has not been updated in march and april with the credit berue ,while the accounts was long paid,i called their office so they can sort this out ,an i was told it takes 21 days to be upted,even thou 21 days had already passed ,i was told an isctruition is sent t the manager so records are updated with itc,an it will be sorted,i checked again only to my suprise that the accounts are still not yet updated when i check my credit report again,an i called an i was told the very same story that a requested is being sent to the manager ,the account was settled more than 21 days and more than 2 months,but still not closed,i dont if getbucks is aware that this affect my credit reating and scores,please fix this as i am tired im calling in for the same thing .</p>
