Account In Arrears by 1 CENT?? Preventing me from applying!

<p>I am being declined because it says my account is in arrears. This isnt the case as I am up to date with payments. Under loan history, it says I am in arrears by 1cent. Please adjust this as this 1 cent is preventing me from applying for a loan</p>
