Account Handed Over whilst I have tried to settle

Good Day<br> <br> I am gravely disappointed with the service I have received as of lately from Getbucks as a loyal standing customer. I took up a loan for 3 months in 30 November 2014 and their debit order did not go through in December 2014, I called them up in January 2015 that I don't understand why but I am going through financial difficulty but their other loan debit was going off successfully. That was fine on 23 March I asked for both my settlement quotes only to be given one and the other was at their collections department/Sanceda which I frantically tried to call and send an email to request the quote.<br> <br> The one loan was settled on the 26 March 2015 and was hoping the other quote will come through from Sanceda/collection department. To my surprise yesterday I get a call from Gerhard van der Merwe attorneys to say the account is with them I need to make arrangement with them now?<br> <br> All of a sudden me being loyal and all they are quick to send me to the attorneys.<br>
