Account

I had a few accounts with Getbucks, which mostly I defaulted on and was handed over, but there is this one particular account, which I made arrangements and paid in 2017, I even sent the proof to Nelson, a consultant who called and inquired about the account. He confirmed that the account was paid and that he will close it, but he never did. Now I'm getting call again for the same account and now it has even sky rocketed from R900 to R1900, I explained again to the lady who called regarding this account that I did settle it and sent proof to ********** they should check that email for my proof of payment, instead, the whole amount was deducted from my account and I have been listed on ITC for the account I have settled, I don't know what to do anymore- I have settled this account... no one listens.
