ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! I was trying to get a loan from getbucks.. my first time them..... when I couldn't do so because the system said my account is suspended... I inquired about it using their direct chat facility... spoke TO someone called "Nnana"... who informed me that I am marked on their system as being under debt counseling...THIS IS INCORRECT!!! I have the clearance certificate to PROVE it... when I Informed this person as such and even attached the certificate as proof, I requested this be rectified IMMEDIATELY.. the conversation was just simply cut of... no further assistance was had..... this is a TYPICAL South African Company... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
