ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER CARE SERVICE FOR COMPANY MISTAKES

Nifty loans were very helpful to assist me with a loan and consolidate my other loans, which meant only one loan payment would bow be deducted. This was concluded on Tuesday 2021/4/13. Unfortunately on Wednesday one of the loans that were consolidated debit orders were NOT canceled by Nigty and the payment went through. I sent an email to the lady who assisted me, Unfortunately she was not as helpful this time round to explain what went wrong, and what are they going to do about this problem.
