4 days on and still waiting for a sales agent to call

I made an application online on Monday and uploaded all required information on the App. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon to verify the application and the agent told me she will call me right back. It Thursday and I have called 6 times, I've escalated the matter via the chat line but still no call despite being promised to be called in an hour. I made the application because I have an urgent matter I need to sort out but it seems that is not important. At some point I was told my application will be moved to the bottom of the pile if I keep asking what the status is.

Can someone help.
