3days later and still no payout.

App**** for a loan and was approved on the 26th and still to date no payout. Everytime I just get the same response from the consultants. "Please note that finance department is busy with the disbur*****t, Please check the fund later in your account. I apologies for the delay." It a copy and paste answer without checking. It seems like there is some inhouse problems if I read the other comments. I am getting no where with the consultants and no one can give me a straight answer.
