3 hours of calls and no manager and no call back

<p>I have been calling since 7am up to now 10am to speak to the manager. I've been put on hold and no manager, either o get told the manager is on a call or he's coming. 3hours of phone calls and the manager he's on a call or he's coming. 3 hours of continuous phone calls and holding and after 3hours I haven't spoken to him and no call back. Numerous agents told me I will get a call back straight away and after waiting I had to call back to be told again he's on a call or he's coming. Is this service?????????</p>
