3 debit orders in one month

On 30 April two debit orders of the same amount went off my bank account. I requested an explanation for this and a statement via email but I haven't received any. Today another debit order went off my account again. <br> <br> I fail to understand why you are debiting my account so frequently. Also, please send me a statement via email.
