2 weeks and still no response or answers on loan application!!!!!

Worst FSP under the sun!!!!

I app**** online via the app etc etc for the past 2 weeks now my application is in process but no response or answers from these people. I have been waiting for a call now for a week and if i the customer calls in my call gets cut off after holding for 20mins!!!! Is this how you provide assistance??? Its absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE! I will never ever recommend Getbucks to anybody. I went to wonga and 15mins later i had my loan paid into my account. CATCH A F##**%ING WAKE UP YOU IDIOTS!!!!
