2 exsisting loans not 9 as stated

Good day to whom this may concern I requested a updated list from the credit burea only discover that your company has listed that I have 9 loans with you but in fact I only have 2 R1000 & R500 with extension.<br> I then logged into my profile and it shows 14 entries of which only 2 are active and the others closed but yet arrears and balances which in turn you take off debit order please explain.<br> I would like my credit record corrected and updated correctly.<br> NB I need an explanation.
