11 days later, still no money

Very poor service!!!! Loan approved on 10th September, now 11 days later and still no money! No communication either. If I don't ask the agents, I will never know what's going on and even then it's a wishy-washy response of "the problem is busy being addressed". What does that even mean? Get better IT people please?! How hard can it be? I have no doubt I'll be charged for all the interest since the 10th September though. It's really unfair and not at all professional.
