NEXT IS A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

This was my first time purchasing with Next online and I will NEVER be doing business with them again. I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. I placed an order on 23 November 2018 and today is the 12 December 2018. I paid my customs fee and waited the 48 hours promised for my parcel to be released and delivered. I tried calling them at Skynet and there is no answers from any of the agents on 5 different extension numbers. How is that even possible! I was starting to think this whole thing is a ****. I'm very disappointed as I would of loved to make future purchase as their clothing is so beautiful but never again would I want to go through this again. I will never do business with NEXT again or even recommend it to anyone.
