NEXT CELLULAR

Next cellular is probably the worst company I ever dealt with! I joined them a while ago. i am using this number for business, my phone has now been off for 8 days due to a 5g sim swap from them ( forced swap). I tried contacting the local franchise but they told me they can not get hold of them. I tried phoning their customer care line.....no answer! I am stuck to what to do. I think I will be moving over to another company and port my number. This has left areal bitter taste in my mouth! Save yourself the hasstle!
