I app**** for a contract phone now in December with NEXT cellular company and the agreement was to pay monthly installments of 621.00 over 24 months, now today I cancelled the deal and was told to receive cancellation forms, however I also received an sms stating that double the amount will be debited on my account, what nonsense is this , this is ********** and I demand that they cancel the deal with immediate effect and send me proof before the end of business day, this is ***** and the lady who was assisting me is Melissa *** on WhatsApp, please assist and check if this company is legit

15 Dec 2021, 14:48I’m still waiting for the form which I was told that it would be emailed to me this morning, Melissa is not responding on WhatsApp and no one answer the phone, should they debit my account after I have repeatedly advised that I am canceling, they will deal with my lawsuit, I want this matter to be resolved today, does it take the whole day to email forms, this is annoying and will not rest until someone respond, I will even send a complaint to the business owners because clearly I’m dealing with a bunch of *********** and unprofessional staff
