Worst service _ newscafe emperors palace

I went to newscafe emperors palace on the 25 December 2023 which was my birthday I received the most horrible service ever my special day was ruined I stood in the que waiting for a table for 40min which I understood because it was busy,but upon being allocated a table for 4ppl,we were left unattended Eventually when the waiter came He took orders and disappeared,I then decided to complain after 30min and the manager assured us better service but,the food we got was not exactly what was in the menu,we were told that there were no wedges,so we were given small chips which was not enough as the platter was for 4,I has to complain to be given a top up,I was given a mock tail instead of an alcoholic ****tail,they said the blender broke,there were not enough condiments,we had to share with other tables,we had to share salt,and sauces,i felt like I was being done a favor,I threw my money down the drain ......the service in that place is mediocre,a circus is more organized compared to them ....I used to love newscafe ....
