Worst Service at Newscafe Highveld Mall

Newscafe Highveld Mall Witbank we got the worst first experience went there lastnight at 22:40 to have a few drinks but we were told they were already closed at 22:00 were else there was alot of people inside still chilling and drinking the two managers on duty said to us we are closed but we can do you a favour and you can each have 1 round of drinks.The name of the assistant manager is Dekeng she and the manager even shouted at the waiter for helping us.The service was really bad I don't even think I'll ever go back there or even tell anyone to go there.The owner needs to know what is happening in his business and that his managers are driving it down the drain.
