Worst experience ever

Even after getting a case number I still can't view footage at news cafe in Umhlanga. I've been back an forth from head office back to the branch. Head Office couldn't help me because they said it's a franchise. I'm really disappointed with the level of service it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't seen the footage. I waited for the owner to come back from overseas but he sent me to head office according to his managers. I still haven't spoke to the owner till this day. Which doesn't make sense because as an owner I would take this into my own hands and try sort it out.
