Worst experience ever

Good day

Hope you well, I would like to log a complaint about your Umhlanga branch.

I left my jacket on the couch at about 4 or 5 pm. I went to gateway to do some shopping when I came back I couldn't find my jacket I spoke to the managers they told me they can't assist. I then came back on Sunday for camera footage they told me I was rude and they won't assist me. On Saturday it was cold that was when I lost my jacket. I'm having no joy with the managers there, that is why I'm sending you guys a mail.

My house keys were in the jacket I had to break my door so I could sleep that night

And I had to buy another jacket because of what happened.
