Was given incorrect food order as a take away and till date nothing has been done after complaining about this as I didn't get service for what I paid for

I went to the newscafe meyersdal on new years eve 31/12/2017 around 10pm specifically for take aways as most places where closed ordered a The boss platter as a take away, ordered 1 7deadly sin ****tail,1 virgin strawberry daiquiri and 2stella atios. The waiter had informed us that they didn't have chicken wings and would supplement that with beef short ribs which we were ok with.when we got home I realised there weren't any ribs either we'd been given strips of cut beef to seen like ribs .I was disappointed as this ruined our new years eve dinner with my family we drove all the way out from brackenhurst just to spend money on something we didn't even get. I lodged a complain about this on the newscafe website on the 2/01/2018 got a email acknowledgement of the the complain that they'd contact me. I waited till the 15/01/2018 sent another email to findout what the progress was on this matter only then did i get a response for a William Rhys that he'd deal with the matter and offered me a voucher which to date I haven't received nor has anyone bothered to contact me. It's sad when u spend ur petrol time and money and get such terrible service from a provider.
