Terrible Service at Rosebank Newscafe

The service was absolutely disgusting. Waited 30 minutes just to get a waiter. We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. No ashtray is smoking section. Had to fight with the wait staff Just to place orders. The food took 45 minutes to arrive and the manager did nothing to remedy the situation.
