terrible service and bad food

<p>i am a frequent traveler and i stay at the city lodge in newtown junction in jhb. I purchase food from newscafe in newtown junction mall all the time, but this time the service was terrible especially by management, i know you probably expected more but thats the service you get these days, the managers name is manthombi, who answer my call but put me on hold and never came back, when i eventually cut the call, and called back i heard she had left for the evening, shows how important client service is, to make the matters worse i speak to the owner KG who was of no help, and even though he was supposed to come to the hotel to apolgise never bothered.Today i ordered again hoping things would get better, but my food came and it was so rare and chewy, they did not bring cutlery,which common sense would tell you, how can i eat without it.i send the stake back and they bring me a new one whch was half the size of the previous one, clearly theres no winning with newcafe in newtown. </p>
