Good Day<br> <br> I am a very happy customer and I don't think I will never go to one of your cafes again.<br> My mates and I go to the Meyersdal News Caf? every second week or so.<br> Last night we decided that we need to go out to catch up and talk about my upcoming bachelors party. There was only four of us and the drinks were flowing. At the end of the evening we ask for the bill and I notice there was a service charge.<br> I might be mistaken but a service charge must be state in the menu or on the wall or we should be told about it. By law.<br> So I call the manager over and questioned him about it. All he said is that they put a service charge on sometimes when the bill goes over R1000.00.<br> In my eyes this is theft I don't want to think of all the others times I willing paid the bill without looking and how many other people were not aware of this service charge.<br> All the manager just said \is don't worry we can take it off for you."He did do so but at the end of the day this practise is wrong.<br> <br> Regards<br> Graeme"""
