Situation should've been better handled.

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I just came back from news cafe Rivonia for Lunch with my girls. I had hot chicken wings and was enjoying meal until i found a piece of pot scrub in my wing. I asked for the manager ( Philip) so that he can see and he aslo confirmed that it was a pot scrub. He asked what I would have and I said shots.</p> <p>I couldnt erase the thought of how it got to my food and felt sick, ran to the bath room as i felt like vommitied- it was disgusting. I then called for him and told him to please cancel the shots as I wont have them anymore becuase i felt sick and went to take a seat.</p> <p> </p> <p>He did not follow up or cheacked of i was doing okay until we left. I feeel like he didnt handle the situation very well. There are some customers who just dont like causing the scene. One of my gilrks wouldve caused a huge scene but I think its because its the best way to get attention right there and then, When youre so come they ignore you and never attend you to check if your needs as a customer are met. The waiter wasnt involved in the situaation as he thoought perhaps the manager is already involved.</p> <p>I alwasys go to that news cafe with my friends but after today im very unhappy about how my situation was attended and dont think i will have a positve WOM towards the cafe, they dont care about their customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Palesa</p>
