Shocking inconstant franchise client service

Was enjoying beautiful food at News Cafe in Tableview Cape Town. Today I visited the News Cafe at Emperors Palace and ordered my favorite, Avo and Egg with Rocket. What a disappointment, I had to firstly look for the rocket then it was old and bad. I asked for a medium egg, that was hard.

I asked for the green tobacco sauce, they didn’t have not even in the kitchen. Was like I was in the same company. Definitely won’t go back there.
