Ridiculous

After asking our waiter to please close the blinds at news as my fiance and I are enjoying our anniversary together a trainer waitress and the manager told us that they are not allowed due to the owners policy. I feel this is pathetic as customer satisfaction is any business top priority. We had already moved to 4 different tablest to avoid the wind and now that we have found a table we have been told that we need to find a new one as the owner does not want the blinds closed. So much for keeping customer what a load of ****. Who knew that closing a blind would be such an issue. Absolutely pathetic
