Return policy

News cafe sandton had overall bad service. I bought water at this establishment and when we received it, it was a hot bottle of water. When we requested a cold bottle we got a lot of excuses and swearing and they refused to refund us. They kept saying transactions were closed when 2mins prior we were able to buy but there are excuses why we can't get a refund. It i unacceptable that a client can't just get their refund. Without being sworn at or harassed. I'm disgusted.
